Sarah is a Senior Associate in our Intellectual Property Team and is head of our trade mark filing and portfolio management practice. Sarah advises clients on all aspects of global trade mark portfolios including registrability of marks, brand clearance, successfully overcoming objections and oppositions, renewals and agreements relating to trade marks.
Sarah regularly reviews clients’ intellectual property protection, providing detailed recommendations about how best to improve the existing protection and areas of costs savings. Sarah has excellent knowledge of different trade mark systems around the world and uses this to the benefit of our global brand clients.
Sarah has also worked on several high profile intellectual property cases in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court acting for both Claimants and Defendants.
