Highly regarded in the Northern finance market, Ben is a partner in the banking and finance team and advises management teams, accountants, stakeholders, creditors, financial institutions and other lenders on new business, reorganisation, restructuring and turnaround.

Ben has a particular focus on the asset based lending sector and regularly advises on directors' duties in the context of doubtful solvency, and acts for insolvency practitioners and corporates on business and asset sales and acquisitions out of insolvency.

Recent sector experience includes retail, leisure, energy and the environment, logistics and Industrial & Provident societies.
