Phillip Feather is an Associate in our Real Estate Team and specialises in Real Estate Litigation. At the start of Phillip’s legal career, he worked as part of a general Litigation Team before specialising in Real Estate Litigation in 2014.
Phillip has experience advising on a wide range of Real Estate Litigation matters including lease renewals and lease terminations, break notices, possession claims, adverse possession, easements and dilapidation claims.
