"I enjoy working in Legal Costs as I enjoy the constantly changing landscape of the law, I pride myself on being up-to date in terms of applicable costs law and I strive to be as thorough in my approach as possible when dealing with instructions from a client. I am willing to provide practical advice to a client, advice which may not necessarily be the news they want to hear so that I can manage expectations through-out the case in order to ensure continuing working relationships."
