"I have almost 4 years of Costs experience and predominantly have dealt with costs for the receiving party. I have taken an active interest in case management and have significant experience of preparing Costs Budgets and supporting documentation. I have dealt with mostly clinical negligence cases including some very complex and high value matters. I also have experience of other Employers liability and Public liability personal injury matters in addition to other civil litigation matters. I am very comfortable with dealing with matters from budgeting through to negotiations and settlement of matters. I am due to qualify as a Costs Lawyer in Summer 2018.
Having started my career in a post-LASPO costs landscape I have a clear perspective of how complex and important the continuingly developing world of costs is to clients. I always strive to keep myself up to date with the latest developments and as a result I took an active interest in costs management from the beginning of my career. I believe that this has given me a strong understanding of the present costs climate and enables me to provide comprehensive advice to Clients on a wide range of matters."
