Danielle is an Associate in the Costs and Litigation Funding Team and is currently in her final year of studying for the Association of Cost Lawyer qualification.
Danielle primarily deals with the preparation of high value and complex Court of Protection Bills of Costs and requests for reassessment.
"I have built up a valuable skillset from my experience in preparing high value and complex Bills of Costs for Deputyship Applications, Deputyship Administration, Statutory Will applications, property affairs, contested applications and welfare proceedings.

I pride myself in being efficient, organized and responsive which leads to the delivery of a fantastic level of service to all clients. I also regularly prepare blogs and articles for the Clarion Costs Blog in respect of costs within the Court of Protection."
Danielle also has experience in preparing Statements of Costs and Bills of Costs for Commercial Litigation and Judicial Review.
