“I really enjoy the work I do, and this translates into a real commitment to getting the job done, whichever side of the fence I am on and whatever type of transaction I am handling. My approach to all transactions is the same, my aim is to get the best possible outcome for my client using my legal knowledge but having an acute sense of what is commercially important to my client before the start of a transaction. My international law firm background means that I have been exposed to a wide variety of different financings, whether those have been large international deals involving several parties and jurisdictions or whether they’re local businesses who are at the start of their evolution and this means I have the legal experience to focus on a client’s key business needs on each transaction.”
