Students from across Leeds Law School have once again taken part in the Clarion Commercial Challenge.  The competition is designed to test the students' ability to deal with a number of commercial and legal issues affecting a fictitious company.

The judges comprised Roger Hutton, senior partner at Clarion; David Jones, senior regional managing director of Aldermore Invoice Finance; and Sarah Rushton, director of operations support services at Cintas Document Management in Leeds.

The winning pair was Christopher Myers and Matthew Fisher who will now enjoy a work placement at Clarion.

“The competition is a great experience for the students, giving them a taste of a real life situation,” comments Roger Hutton of Clarion.  “I’m always impressed by their ability and passion; we’re delighted to be supporting the event for the second year.”
