Clarion’s successful commercial and IT law team is continuing to grow with the appointment of David Cunningham as partner.
David joins us from Bond Dickinson and has 15 years’ experience in commercial law, specialising in technology and business process outsourcing in both the private and the public sector. His career includes positions at both DLA Piper and Eversheds.
Whilst based in Leeds, David has always worked nationally and internationally, spending some time in India. His wide ranging experience includes working with clients with turnovers from £1m up to £400m. He has worked on a number of high profile projects for Transport for London such as the congestion charging scheme; for the Department of Health on the National Programme for IT; and for the Highways Agency on national and regional traffic information services. He has also worked with a US supplier of healthcare software assisting with all of its UK commercial legal work.
