Leeds-based banking recruitment consultancy Calvert & Fletcher has re-launched as Campbell & Fletcher with the addition of new director Alison Campbell.
The boutique consultancy which specialises in career development for bankers at all levels of management, has established a strong reputation since being formed in 2007. Director Tracy Fletcher acquired the shareholding of co-founder Charlotte Calvert and has subsequently been joined by Alison as an equal shareholder.
Alison joined the consultancy a year ago as principal having spent 18 years with the Alliance and Leicester working in asset finance, followed by five years in banking recruitment.
The consultancy continues to work from its Wellington Street offices.
Tracy Fletcher comments: “Over the last six years, we’ve established a strong client following working with most of the leading banks as well as with specialist finance companies and asset based lenders. It will be business as usual as we build on this solid foundation, with Alison’s experience of working both within the banking and recruitment sectors adding real value to the business. Being based in the North West, she widens the geographic scope of the consultancy, enabling us to build on our track-record for national recruitment and Alison’s expertise in asset finance also gives us greater breadth in a growing niche area.
“This is an exciting phase in our development and I’d like to thank everyone in the professional services community who has not only helped to make the consultancy a success, but who has also supported us as we make this transition.”
Rachel Neems of Leeds law firm Clarion acted for Tracy Fletcher in the transactions with Simon Palmer, partner at Armstrong Watson, providing financial advice.
Tracy continues: “The team of advisers from Clarion and Armstrong Watson were a huge support, removing much of the stress from the process.”
