We are delighted to announce that Lewis Toohey has joined as an associate in the growing commercial team.
Lewis joins from HSBC where he spent a year as a contracts specialist and later as a legal adviser to the supply contracts team. He also worked for Dickinson Dees for two years where he completed his training. Lewis has extensive experience dealing with commercial contracts and, with a degree in Computing, he has a particular interest in information technology and telecoms, outsourcing projects and computer and internet law.
In his new role, Lewis will advise clients on a wide spectrum of commercial contracts including licence agreements, tender documentation, service level agreements and purchase agreements.
