Clarion’s expanding commercial dispute practice has seen further growth with the appointment of another new recruit, Kayleigh Fantoni, who joins as an associate solicitor with five years’ post qualification experience.
Kayleigh graduated from the University of York before undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Law and then completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Leeds. She then trained and qualified at Addleshaw Goddard.
Kayleigh’s experience includes advising on a wide range of commercial disputes, acting for a variety of clients including high net worth individuals, owner managed businesses and PLCs.
“During my career, I have acted for clients in many diverse sectors from national and international banks, national retailers, global manufacturers and football clubs to digital agencies, agricultural land owners and art dealers. I make it a priority to understand my client’s business and commercial objectives and provide tailored advice based on a cost/benefit analysis, seeking to maximise recovery and minimise cost wherever possible.”
