Our HR Breakfast Club is a networking community aimed at supporting the professional development and learning of rising stars in HR. Whether you are new to HR, have taken on HR as part of your role, or you’re looking to take your HR career to the next level, we are delighted to support you on your journey.
At our next HR Breakfast Club event, we will focus on recruitment and the start of the employment life cycle.
Victoria Clark, a Senior Associate in our Employment team, will discuss the relevant legal issues and help you to avoid common pitfalls. She will also take you through the key terms and conditions to be included in your standard job offer letters and employment contracts.
Helen Saunders, our own Head of HR will then offer practical insights and tips for effective recruitment and attracting talent.
Victoria is passionate about developing rising stars, regularly delivering bespoke training sessions to our Clarion HR Network. Victoria also enjoy student mentoring and helping people with their career aspirations.
Victoria supports a range of clients, from large household name brands through to local businesses.
Helen is an experienced HR professional who has worked in a number of different sectors including manufacturing, media and communications and now legal.
Helen’s skill, enthusiasm and drive have seen her achieve numerous accolades on behalf of businesses including: The Sunday Times Top 100 Small Company to Work For, The Yorkshire Post's Best Company to Work For, Investors in People.
