With Brexit looming, a period of economic uncertainty, and perhaps instability, lies ahead. None of us knows what the financial landscape will look like in 12 months’ time but organisations which can be agile and able to adapt to these changing times are more likely to succeed and thrive.
This may involve changing the structure to focus on one area of the business, reorganising the workforce, changing terms of employment and/or reducing headcount.
In this seminar, we will help delegates define and identify a redundancy situation. We will explain what is involved in a collective consultation and how it overlaps with individual consultation and will also discuss the pros and cons of paper-based selection criteria as opposed to a recruitment selection process.
Sarah is a Partner in our Employment team and has extensive experience in strategic workforce issues such as collective redundancies/restructures and TUPE Transfers. Sarah enjoys devising and providing bespoke training to her clients to help them further refine and shape their employment strategy.
