Jane will share a practical guide to Court of Protection Applications, including Statutory Wills, Trusts and others.
- Ria Baxendale, Head of Supervision and Investigations, Office of the Public Guardian
Ria will share a practical look at the OPG 105 to help professional Deputies when completing the form.
- Karen Burgin, Clinical Director and Clark Gilkes Senior Case Manager, Bush and Company Rehabilitation
Karen and Clark will talk about building effective relationships between case managers and deputies. The presentation will look at how communication and the understanding of roles benefits the client.
- Eilish Ferry-Kennington, Solicitor, EMG Solicitors
Eilish will talk about dealing with ‘difficult’ families and will share case studies on how she has dealt with these scenarios.
