A review of the European trade mark system has been undertaken and a European trade mark reform package has been published. Key changes in force from 23rd March 2016 include:
- Name Changes
- Revised Trade Mark Application Fees
- Reduced Trade Mark Renewal Fees
- Classification of Goods and Services for Trade Marks filed pre-22 June 2012
