Your Training
At Clarion Solicitors LLP trainees are considered to be part of the team from the very outset.
Each of our six departments - Corporate and Commercial, Property, Corporate Recovery, Dispute Resolution, Business Crime and Regulatory and Private Client - offers the opportunity to the firm’s trainees to spend one of their four six month seats as part of the department. The training given is hands-on, and driven by an ethos of openness, innovation, ambition and intellectual enquiry. We believe Clarion Solicitors LLP offers a magnificent opportunity to Trainee Solicitors in a friendly, team-based environment. In addition to a full training in all the disciplines necessary for the legal side of your work, including participation in Higher Rights of Audience training, Clarion Solicitors LLP offers its trainees the opportunity to acquire experience of the marketing and self-development activities that take place in the firm. Trainees are encouraged to join the firm’s networking organisation, ClarioNet, to attend the firm's social events, to assist in representing the firm at Law Fairs and marketing events, and to participate in mentoring schemes at law colleges, universities and schools.
