Life in Leeds
Leeds is a major commercial centre and one of the great cities in the United Kingdom. We at Clarion Solicitors LLP are very proud of our home city and the phenomenal growth it has enjoyed over recent years, until it is now the major financial and legal centre in England outside London. We feel that over the years we have been in business we have helped to contribute in our own way to that progress.
Anyone visiting this page from outside the region might be forgiven for thinking that "it's grim up north". It isn't. Leeds is a modern and hugely diverse city offering a rich and varied cultural life ranging from top quality classical music to legendary bars and nightclubs and from cutting edge contemporary theatre to world class sport events.
An additional attraction of the city is the accessibility of some of Britain's most beautiful countryside. The Yorkshire Dales, the Peak District and the Lake District are all in easy hitting distance and those who work in Leeds have the ability to live either within the city itself in a range of modern apartments or to live in the many towns and rural villages that have transport links into the city.
