Mixed use development

Recent years have seen development schemes comprise a mix of residential retail, leisure and commercial uses. We have the expertise and the track record in handling such schemes from acquisition, site set up through to disposals and lettings. Such schemes can often involve public funding as part of regeneration initiatives - we are familiar with advising developers on the likely public sector requirements and how to strike the balance between what the private and public sector are looking to deliver in a regeneration scheme.

We act for Urban Splash on a number of their schemes in the North including an ongoing development scheme known as Tribeca in Liverpool and the award winning Lister Mills Scheme in Bradford.
