Powers of attorney & court of protection

We understand how distressing it can be to face the prospect - or the reality - of someone close to you becoming unable to manage their affairs - or even of facing the prospect of that happening to yourself. Our team provides a sensitive and expert approach to all aspects of these difficult issues, and can advise in relation to powers of attorney, which grant powers to others to deal with your affairs in certain circumstances, and the Court of Protection, which looks after the affairs of those no longer able to deal with them on their own.

We have team members who can act as independent professional deputies on appointment by the Court, and their experience means they can provide a caring and efficient service.
