Corporate occupier

Many of our clients are industrial and commercial businesses who occupy and manage properties as ancillary to their main business. The core part of the advice we provide is for these clients in relation to their landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals and re-locations. We understand where property fits in to these clients' business - it's a means to an end that they want to manage as efficiently as possible with an eye to minimising risk and maximising the benefit. Our approach is to work closely with our clients and clearly understand what their business objectives are and tailor our approach in terms of achieving that. We also have strong links with various professionals such as surveyors, accountants and where relevant, funders who can bring in additional expertise on transactions where appropriate.
