What we have done
One of Yorkshire's best known Italian restaurants, Salvo's in Headingley, Leeds, was given some last minute legal advice by Leigh Martin before being featured on The F Word TV show with Gordon Ramsay. On hearing that the restaurant had not registered its name as a trademark, promptly alerted the firm's intellectual property team which sprang into action.
The intellectual property team has worked with a new fundraising initiative, Penny On, which is aiming to become the most instantly recognisable fundraising brand in the world by 2020.
