Charities
We act for a number of charities in all aspects of their legal requirements. We have experience of the creation of new charities, from public charities with fund raising ambitions, to private charities set up by wealthy individuals to channel their own charitable giving.
We have experience of dealing with issues raised by the Charity Commission about the administration of charities and disagreements within charities about their future procedures and direction. Governance of the management of charities is a hot topic for the Charity Commission as well as public benefit considerations. We can guide a charity through the ‘good practice' recommended by the Charity Commission to ensure that each charity is accountable not only to the Commission but also it's users and stakeholders.
