This long-established and highly regarded team deals with all kinds of disputes that are managed, negotiated, and, where necessary, litigated rigorously.  We have a very straightforward approach to the resolution of disputes:  we want our clients to win.  That doesn't always mean charging off to the Courts at a moment's notice: it means using all the knowledge, experience and innovation in the practice to establish what a win is for the client in the specific circumstances.
