We believe that the range of innovation and specialisation in the financial services industry of today calls for a similar level of innovation and specialisation in the legal services offered to the sector.
Members of our team act for major institutions and smaller players at all levels of the financial services market, from public company advisory work, through corporate banking services, to advice to asset based and non-prime lenders. Our advice has covered development of products, regulatory steps, branding, through to litigation, investigations and prosecutions. In addition, we have immense experience of doing the deals, acting for parties in all the different roles they can play.
Our team comprises a multi-disciplinary group of lawyers, each specialising in an area of law directly relevant to the sector. They work together to ensure a complete and joined-up service, from legal advice to ongoing updates on relevant legal issues, to clients who work in the sector or whose business brings them into contact with it. The team particularly has experience of working alongside inhouse lawyers and legal departments to offer the ongoing support they need.
