Rachel deals with high net worth ancillary relief matters, cohabitation issues including separation pre and post nuptial agreements, civil partnerships, all Children Act issues and domestic violence.
After joining Clarion in December 1999 as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, Rachel subsequently qualified as a solicitor in November 2002. She has been a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority Family Law Accreditation Panel for 5 years and is a member of the Resolution Committee for West and North Yorkshire as well as being the regional press officer.
Rachel is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist with areas of specialism in domestic abuse and cohabitation.
