Emma deals with divorce together with all aspects of financial relief, cohabitation and private children matters, including residence and contact disputes.
She is an accredited member of Resolution with recognised expertise in advanced financial provision (complex and high net worth cases) and children law. As a collaborative lawyer, Emma assists clients to resolve family disputes without going to court but through face to face negotiation between each lawyer and their respective clients, whilst still providing expert legal advice.
