David is a well known, very experienced and highly regarded insolvency lawyer in the Yorkshire area. He deals with all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency work. In relation to companies, he has considerable experience advising insolvency practitioners (together with other stakeholders and buyers) on the sales of distressed businesses. He also has particular expertise in insolvency litigation, bringing claims on behalf of insolvency practitioners in both corporate and personal cases.
David trained at Pinsent Curtis, Birmingham qualifying in 1992. From 1993 until 1999 he worked in the corporate recovery team of Hammond Suddards, Leeds. He joined Clarion in 1999 and became a partner in 2002.
