A senior associate in the intellectual property team, Esther has a wide range of experience in intellectual property matters, in particular in relation to intellectual property disputes, the prosecution of trade mark and design applications, the management of IP portfolios and intellectual property exploitation and agreements.
Esther was educated at the University of Sheffield where she was awarded a first class law degree and a Law Society award for the Legal Practice Course. Esther has a postgraduate diploma in Intellectual Property Law from Bristol University. Esther qualified as a solicitor in 2000 at a major national law firm and joined Clarion as a senior associate in 2010.
